Preparing Files for Vimeo:
1. Create a video file with the following specifications:
resolution: 720p(1280x720) fps: 25 or 30
container: MP4 codec: H.264 bitrate: VBR 25 to 50 Mbps
audio codec: AAC bitrate: 320Kbps
2. Create a Basic Vimeo account at http://vimeo.com/join
(use your email account as the account name and use your real name in the profile)
3. upload your video using the Upload menu item
4. after the video is uploaded, select the new video under Videos>My Videos; check that it plays correctly
5. while the video is selected, select the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner
> under Basic info: enter a name for the video and a description
> under Thumbnail: select a frame or upload a .jpg file
> select he SAVE CHANGES Button
> above the video frame, select (Get embed code)
> copy and paste this code into a text file
6. send the embed code to the programmers of the web page
